Terms of Service

These terms are entered into between Boris DOSSOUVI ("the Service Provider") and any client wishing to use his services ("the Client"). They comply with Law No. 2017-20 (Digital Code of Benin) and applicable commercial law.

1. Services

These terms govern all web development, mobile development, and technical consulting services performed by Boris DOSSOUVI.

2. Quotes and Orders

Every project begins with a detailed quote valid for 30 days, specifying deliverables, timeline, price, and revision policy. The order is confirmed upon quote signature or written agreement (email included).

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in FCFA or EUR by prior agreement.

40% deposit upon quote signing (work starts)
30% at intermediate delivery
30% at final delivery and deployment

Accepted payments: Bank transfer · Mobile Money · PayPal · Wise

4. Intellectual Property

All deliverables are transferred to the Client upon full payment. The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the project in his portfolio unless the Client explicitly objects.

5. Post-delivery Support

Bug fixes directly attributable to the Provider's code are free for 30 days after final delivery.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Beninese law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Cotonou.
